Flag State of Texas is defined by law as follows:
"National is composed of a rectangle whose width and length of two to three with a vertical blue stripe one-third length of the flag wide, and two horizontal stripes equal width, the first band is a white, red is less than two-thirds of the time during which the flag and a white, regular five-star in the middle of the blue track, so that is one thing, and such a dimension that the diameter d-circle through the five points of the star is as large as three quarters wide blue stripe. the red and blue state flag are the same colors as in the United States flag. "The flag State of Texas is known as the "Lone Star" flag. "Flag was the place of Congress, the Republic of Texas on 28 December 1838, Senator William H. Wharton. It was 25 January 1839, with the final flag of the Republic of Texas.
If Texas was 28 in a Union of 29 December 1845, the national flag, national flag. Although Lone Star has remained de facto the state flag, 1879-1933, there was no official state flag. All statutes explicitly extend the revised Civil Justice of 1879, and because the rules for the ships flying the flag had not been renewed, Texas was flagless crossing indicator code 1933 in Texas.
